Shipping & Returns
Orders are normally processed in 3-5 business days. We make every effort to ensure the product is perfect from creation to packaging. However, if you are not completely satisfied, contact me when you receive the order. I will work with you to resolve any issues.
I will gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. The following conditions apply:
Returns & Exchanges - To return or exchange a product, contact me within 3 days of receipt and ship the item(s) back to me within 7 days of receipt.
Cancellations - Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Personalized items or items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Effective 1/1/2023 - Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
