How to finish out 2020 with the Color of the Year - Classic Blue

I love the color blue. I love to wear it (my closet can testify to that). I love to decorate with it (every room in my house has blue as its main color or an accent. Click here to see a couple of pieces.). I might be a little obsessed with it. You can imagine my excitement at the Color of Year announcement - Classic Blue.

I have certain sections within my house and on my front porch that I change with the seasons and adding in blue was certainly not a problem, until I started thinking about fall. Blue is just not a color that comes to mind when you think about fall. But with it being the color of the year, I thought I'd see what I could find.

Pinterest is always my go to for all things decorating and you can see from this picture by Home with Holly J - www.homewithhollyj.com, she did a fabulous job blending in blue to set her beautiful fall table.

Here's another beautiful Pinterest find. Look at what Melanie at Southern Crush (www.southerncrushathome.co) put together! Nothing says fall like pumpkins and buffalo check.

And now onto the most wonderful time of the year. What a way to have a blue Christmas!

Laurel Bern at Laurel Bern Interiors (www.laurelberninteriors.com) has created an amazing blue and gold Christmas. Check out her page for more stunning pictures.

And for those who aren't a fan of gold...Here's a beautifully decorated tree and mantle in blue and silver by 2 Bees in a Pod! See their website for more wonderful ideas. www.2beesinapod.com

I can see shopping in my near future. I've created a couple of boards showing off the must have accessories. If designs like these are in your near future but you don't know where to start, let me help. I am an expert shopper and E-design is one of my services. I'd love to help make your holidays merry and bright!
